Brother Greg

Brother Gregarious was a very outgoing for monk. One day, however, he decided that he needed more than a simple life of solitude and reflection. He approached the abbot and proclaimed, “Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. Let’s brew!” The other monks were hesitant, but after they tried his first batch, they quickly got on board. This beer is a tribute to that intrepid monk and the fake history we just wrote about him. Brother Greg Belgian Quad highlights rich maltiness and deep fruit flavors throughout. A toasted, bready base lingers with notes of dark caramel and black pepper.  Complex, yet smooth bitterness pairs with classic Belgian spices to round out this medium-bodied, high octane Quad.
